Modern Element Oasis was created with a simple belief: when we reconnect with the elements, we reconnect with ourselves.

After years spent navigating the fast pace and constant demands of the advertising world, our founder, Heather Harlow, began searching for ways to restore balance, clarity, and sustainable energy. What started as a personal exploration into sauna therapy, cold immersion, red light, and restorative technologies quickly evolved into a deeper understanding of how profoundly these elemental rituals can reshape our physiology, support our nervous system, reduce systemic inflammation and strengthen our mindset.

Alongside her work in advertising and film production, Heather studied botany and conservation biology, with a focus on plant-based medicine and natural systems. She spent time in Northern India documenting Tibetan medicine, further deepening her understanding of traditional healing practices and the relationship between environment and health.

Modern Element Oasis sits at the intersection of these worlds—where science, design, and lived experience meet.
